THE GOOD: Stellar customer service - hands down. Now I must say that I have some issues on a corporate level, but that's a separate issue. The clerks at the Caseville Branch of Independent bank provide superb service with a smile every time, and they bend over backwards to make the customer happy. THE BAD: Corporate rules which don't make sense. Tellers should be given much deserved raises. FINAL WORD: I highly recommend Caseville Independent Bank.
